Unless you have been living under a rock, you must have heard about Disney’s new movie Moana. The movie is big hit (as expected) and of course the Disney Moana Toys have hit the market, so kids can reenact the scenes from the movie.

Review
The Disney Moana Adventure Collection features a Moana doll, a Maui the demigod figure, a Hei Hei the rooster figure and a Pua the pig figure.
The Moana doll is an 11″ pose-able doll (like other Disney Princess dolls) with a removable outfit and very long “real” hair (not plastic).
Moana’s outfit consists of a red strapless top, a skirt with gold flowers and her beautiful blue seashell necklace. You’ll find a replica version of this necklace for kids to wear here.
Moana carries a yellow oar, which is a type of paddle with a flat blade.
Another character from the movie is Maui, a demigod who helps Moana on her mission. In the Disney Moana Adventure Collection Maui is a figurine with long curly black hair and tribal tattoos all over his body. He wears a skirt made of leaves and a necklace made of bones and shark teeth.
The Maui the demigod doll is very detailed with beautiful features and carries a fishhook accessory.
Moana and Maui are accompanied this package by 2 animals, which are both added as figures:
- Hei Hei, a rooster with too much confidence.
- Pua the Pig, Moana’s loyal friend since her childhood.
Although Pua is not actually seen much in the movie, you can’t help but laugh about his puppy like behavior. The Pua figure also looks and sits like a sweet little puppy, which is a very nice addition to the Disney Moana Adventure Collection.
